Chinese social media has been buzzing with the story of a woman dubbed ‘Xiaoli’(not her real name) with many people praising her skill.
Xiaoli, a Chinese woman from a poor background, who is the oldest child of her family, asked each of her lovers to buy her an iPhone 7, which she resold and bought a house.
The young lady, who is the breadwinner of the family, lives in the city of Shenzhen in southern China. She took this option as a means to raise money to help sustain her family’s financial needs, kept a relationship with twenty men.
She pleaded with them to buy her the phone as a gift which she in turn sold and bought a house to enable her and her family to have comfortable accommodation. The phones were sold on a mobile phone recycling site called Hui Shou Bao for 120,000 Chinese Yaun.
Her excited friend Qiaoba, shared the story on a Chinese social media platform.
“Everyone in the office is talking about this now, who knows what her boyfriends think now this news has become public,”
“Xiaoli is not from a wealthy home as her mother is a house wife and her dad is a migrant worker. Her parents are getting old and she is the oldest child. She has really done well to secure accommodation for her family. ”
